Please print out this form and complete it in block letters. Then send it by ordinary post to the address at the bottom.

Met Camm Collection (numbers over 10000)

The majority of these drawings are at least A0 size if not larger. Using local printing firms we can only obtain size for size prints and cost may vary. Please request a cost from us before sending any money.

General Items (numbers below 10000)

UK prices currently include P&P, usually in a cardboard tube. There is a discount for multiple prints on one order of £1.00 from the cost of the second and each subsequent print to reflect the saving on P&P. So for three prints the total cost should be reduced by £2.

For overseas orders actual postage cost is charged on top of the UK price.
